Postpartum recovery · practical guidance

The first 12 weeks, made easier.

You've just brought a baby home, and there's a lot to hold — recovery, feeding, appointments, and everyone who wants to help but isn't sure how. Zalvania brings the important things into one calm place — so there's less to remember, less to manage, and more room to recover.

Who it's for

Support for Mum, clarity for the family

New mothers, weeks 0–12

For the stretch between leaving hospital and feeling like yourself again — when there's a lot to hold and not much spare capacity to plan.

Mums preparing before birth

Read the guide while you still have time and energy, so the early weeks have a rhythm to fall back on.

Partners & family who want to help

Being there isn't always the same as knowing how to help. Zalvania spells out what useful support actually looks like.

How it works

A rhythm to hold onto

Start with your birth

Tell us your birth type and date. The day-by-day guidance is tailored from there — vaginal or C-section, week by week.

Follow a rhythm, not a checklist

Each day shows what's worth attention now and what can wait. Nothing is framed as something you're failing to do.

Track only what reduces uncertainty

A quick mood check-in, a feeding and diaper log, recovery milestones — log as much or as little as helps.

Hand the partner guide over

Clear language on what she's going through and specific ways to help — so support doesn't all route through her.

Questions

Good to know

Is this medical advice?

No. Zalvania offers general educational information about postpartum recovery. It helps you notice what's worth watching, keep a record, and know when to seek professional care — it doesn't diagnose, and it never replaces your provider.

Do I need both the guide and the app?

No — they stand alone. The guide is a one-time read you can keep beside you; the app is a day-by-day companion with trackers and the partner guide. Many people start with the guide before birth and add the app for the first 12 weeks.

When am I charged for the app?

Not for the first 7 days. After the free week it's $9/month, and you can cancel any time from your account — no email, no phone call. Cancel within the 7 days and you're never charged.

Does my partner need their own account?

They can share yours — the partner guide is written directly to them and works on any device. A separate partner login is on the way.

I bought the guide. Can I get the app too?

Yes. They're sold separately for now; buying one doesn't lock you out of the other. A bundle is planned.

How is my data handled?

Your recovery data is yours. It's used only to run Zalvania for you and your family account, never sold, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
